Product prices	Prices are listed in Canadian funds. If you are in the U.S. and ordering by credit card, the total would be put through in Canadian dollars BUT your credit card company would take the Canadian amount and switch it back to your U.S. dollar equivalent on your credit card statement...so you will only be paying the U.S. dollar amount in the end based on the exchange rate of the day. See currency converter below for approximate amount.
Disclaimer	The prices listed on our web site remain subject to change without notice - due to increased import costs etc. Any misprint remains subject to correction, and the "proper" cost will be charged, not the printed product cost.
Returns	We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, so please plan your purchase accordingly.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:	If an item is out of stock, we will process your order and leave out any "out of stock" items.
TERMS	Merchandise: is inspected when packaged and shipped in perfect condition. Because we inspect items thoroughly, we are not responsible for any damage by the customer or the Post office. We DO NOT refund for damaged product by the customer or Post Office!
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT	We have a minimum order of $20.00 before taxes for all purchases.
SHIPPING U.S. CUSTOMERS:	All orders are sent via Canada Post, and the cost is based on the total weight of your order. You must choose your shipping type: Ground service is the cheapest, (Starts at $7.95) but can take 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on area you are in. Air: Please allow aprox. 8-14 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) for delivery. (Starts at $8.95) Orders take a little longer in some instances due to Border and Customs. Express Post: Aprox. 3-6 days aprox. , but starts at $20.00 Canadian. Quoted delivery if from Canada Post. We have not control over actual time period, so please order accordingly.
SHIPPING Canadian CUSTOMERS:	Prices for packages up to 1 kg are listed below and are called Regular Packages. If your order is above that weight, you will be charged accordingly. Each province is different, and we follow Canada Post rate guides when charging shipping. How To Pay:	Option 1) PAYPAL Account. Many people who buy and sell on Ebay for instance, deal with Paypal, -an Ebay owned company. Paypal allows you to send money to anyone who has an email address and also has a Paypal account. Paypal debits it from your existing funds or bank account, or charges your credit card...whichever you choose. We accept payments for all our merchandise through Paypal in both Canadian and U.S. dollars. Payment for paypal transactions can be sent to chatsco@rogers.com Option 2) Paying by cheque or money order... Make a list of the items you want to purchase. Use our handy form link to the left if you wish to type or print it out. If you have our preprinted forms, you can use them or even handwrite your order. When you are done, mail the order with payment. Option 3) Pay us directly by Credit Card.. Canadian and U.S. customers can both pay us directly with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Fill in the order form (link to your left), and email your order to us so that we do not make any mistakes. Next, call us with your credit card number for privacy purposes or you may include it on your order form. Your order will be sent out promptly. You may also fill out the form or write your own list of items, then fax us your order with your credit card info on the order. All fax transmissions are private and secure.

To see how much your purchases will cost in your currency,
1) Enter the amount of your purchase in the "this amount" box. (including shipping etc.)

2). In the "Of this type of currency" box, select CAD Canadian dollars if it is not already selected.

3.) Select your currency (i.e. United States Dollars) from the "into this type of currency" and then click the "Perform Currency Conversion box at the very bottom. It is that simple!
