Note:  Prices are in  Canadian currency.  U.S. customers will be charged in Canadian funds,  but your credit card company will charge you the U.S. equivalent on your credit card statement. 
Types of  DELIVERY :  
1)
Ground service:  takes 5-6  weeks for delivery. (Starts at $7.95 Canadian for U.S. addresses, and Canadian addresses will have to check "products" page)

2) Air service takes about 8-14  business days but can be longer. (Starts at $8.95 Canadian for U.S. addresses, and Canadian addresses will have to check "products" page)

3)
Express Post should only take approx.  3-6 business days. (This type is a minimum charge of $20.00 Canadian. Is determined by weight) 

Please keep these times  in mind when you are ordering.  WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL ON  HOW QUICKLY ORDERS MAKE THEIR WAY TO YOU.  We depend on the "probable " amount of  time that the post office quotes us.      
All orders are weighed and the charges applied are based on the weight and  type of shipping you ask for.  If you do not specify, it will be automatically shipped and charged using  the AIR SERVICE rate.

We have a minimum order of $20.00 before taxes for all purchases.  We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, so please plan your purchase accordingly.

Note 2:  You should get a form confirmation page right after you submit this page.  Once in a while, it won't show up.       Sometimes a customer will hit the tab or enter button instead of the submit button and think they placed the order, but they have not.  Please resubmit if you do not get the confirmation page. Also, it is very important that you give us your email and phone number so that we can get hold of you if there is a problem with your card information.  If we can not get hold of you, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

NOTE:  Please plan your purchase properly...as we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. 

WE inspect all items when they are shipped, and they leave our premises in perfect condition.  Because of this, we do not refund for any damage caused by the customer or the Post Office. We will only refund for incorrect items sent. We are sorry if this sounds harsh, but people have deliberately damaged items in order to try to get a refund. Companies can not afford this type of cost.  We are very strict on this policy.
